Course Overview

The T Level Foundation is a stepping stone specifically set up for learners who have fallen short of the entry requirements to enter the Level 3 or T Level Technical Qualification. This programme delivers essential IT support skills, including troubleshooting, system configuration, and network fundamentals, alongside self-paced vendor qualifications, to further prepare learners for the rich depth of content the Level 3 qualifications presents. It also offers a structured pathway to achieve or strengthen GCSEs in Maths and English, ensuring learners are well-prepared for advanced IT studies. This Level 2 Certificate in IT Support delivers a nationally recognised qualification, focusing on the core IT skills necessary for progression to a Level 3 IT qualification. You will develop practical abilities in hardware and software support, and operating system management, providing the essential groundwork for more specialised Level 3 studies. There will be opportunities to gain Cisco accredited qualifications through their self-paced online platform.

Qualification Gained

Our T Level Foundation Programme incorporates the Pearson BTEC Level 2 Certificate in IT Support, providing a nationally recognised qualification as a key component. This programme builds a solid foundation for progression to T Levels, equipping learners with essential IT support skills, practical experience, and opportunities for Cisco vendor certifications. Alongside the BTEC qualification, learners will also develop their Maths and English GCSEs, ensuring they are fully prepared for advanced T Level studies.
