Property Maintenance - Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship (Starting between August 2024 and July 2025)

To undertake this apprenticeship you will need to be employed and working with experienced maintenance operatives. You will complete a 2 year apprenticeship, attending college one day per week during term time. Over the 2 years you will develop a wide range of skills in both internal and external building maintenance that includes painting, tiling, basic electrical testing and repairs, plumbing, and plant equipment. Throughout the qualification you will undertake a series of exams and written assessments. On successful completion of the qualification you will move on to complete an end point assessment.

Level 2 in Property Maintenance

On successful completion of the course you can return to industry in fulltime employment or progress on to a trade specific apprenticeship.

If you do not already hold an English or Maths qualification equivalent to level 1 you will undertake this as part of your apprenticeship and also show evidence of working towards a level 2 qualification in English and Maths.

You will be taught and assessed by a range of our fully qualified and industry experienced staff.

£100 which includes your PPE and a resources kit.

To have an apprenticeship within property maintenance that will meet the requirements of the qualification. You must also have a GCSE grade E / 2 or equivalent qualification.

No experience is necessary as working with your employer and attending college will ensure you gain the necessary experience.
